Independent Qualified Person (IQP) Services
If you own or manage a commercial building, you're responsible for ensuring your mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems are regularly inspected. These three-monthly inspections are a critical requirement of the Building Act 2004 to verify the safety and performance of your systems.
We make this process easy. As an IQP registered for Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems (SS9), Core Refrigeration is certified to inspect, maintain, and report on these systems. We create or verify a council-compliant maintenance plan, conduct the necessary inspections, and then issue the required Form 12A Certificate of Compliance.
